Every correction Umran has issued, newest first, with the date and the piece it belongs to. Each one also appears on the article itself as a dated badge.

Nothing has needed correcting so far. That is a statement about how long this publication has been running, not a claim about its accuracy — when a correction is issued it will appear here, dated, and on the article itself.

How we correct

  • A figure that turns out to be wrong is corrected in the article and logged here. We do not quietly edit a number and move on.
  • The correction says what the figure was, what it is now, and where the right one came from.
  • Corrections are dated. An article that has been corrected carries the badge permanently, not for a week.
  • If we cannot establish which figure is right, the figure is flagged unverified rather than left to look settled.
